The hearing was concluded at the vized Court en Ootaber 2uth of the arus and ammunition case, before ur, Grant Jones, British Assessor, and Kagistrate YM. The aegused were: Trans Tezdau (married, a stevedore), Ng Vung-sing (married, a shop- keeper), and Ng Sze=ping (sarried, a shopkeeper). They were charged "for that they, on October 16th, 1918, at 804 Tuchang Road, 533 Tongshan Read and 23 Tengshan Road did unlawfully have in their possession certain mumitions of war, to wit, pistels and rounds of ammunition, contrary to the provisions of the provisier al Criminal Code, Gestion 205, and against the pease, order and good government of this country",
